Piñera Seeks to Change Antiterrorism Law

Court of Appeals in Arica Overturns Judgment Against Aymara Woman

Today, the Court of Appeals in Arica (Rol. 158-2010) annulled the judgement and sentence against Gabriela Blas Blas, a member of the Aymara ethnicity who, in April, was sentenced to 10 years and 1 day for the crime of abandoning a minor under 10 years old. Continue reading
