The Yagán people (also known as: Yaghan, Yahgan, Yámana, or Yamana) are an indigenous group who live in the islands south of Isla Grande de Tierra del Fuego, including the areas around Cape Horn at the southern tip of Chile.

According to the 2002 Chilean Census, 1,685 individuals in Chile that identify themselves as Yagán, which (according to 2009 CASEN data) makes them approximately 0.2% of the indigenous population living in the country.
